Universal Practice, Yoga and Pilates

Philosophy

Universal Practice is about a shifting of states – a process that brings strength and motion to our mind and body. By recognising that restoring one will have a flow on affect to the other, we celebrate the power to change and the ability to heal, moving forward in a completely connected way.
